Mark A. Sheft has over 20 years of experience in litigation and legal counsel roles. Mark A. served as the Vice President of Litigation at Sanmina and was responsible for overseeing all litigation matters. Prior to that, they worked at Extreme Networks as the Deputy General Counsel, where they advised the management team and board on litigation, claims, and investigations. At Atmel Corporation, they held the positions of Consultant and VP and Assoc. General Counsel, where they directed global litigation, including class actions, patents, and employment cases. Before that, they worked at Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin, P.C. as a Director and Partner, specializing in high-stakes securities and commercial litigation. Mark A. started their career as a Law Clerk for The Honorable John C. Lifland in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mark A. Sheft earned an A.B. (Summa Cum Laude) degree in History from Princeton University in 1990. Mark A. then went on to attend Harvard Law School from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree (Cum Laude).
