Rocio Esparza

Rocio Esparza is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience leading teams and managing projects in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Program Manager Team Leader and Senior Program Manager at Sanmina since September 2021, Rocio oversees multiple platforms, interacts with customers, and drives team development and new product introductions. Previous roles include PMO Program Manager Operations at Jabil, where responsibility encompassed customer interactions and NPI program leadership, and Deputy Manager of Industrial Engineering and Lean Six Sigma Departments at Sanmina from 2009 to 2021, focusing on personnel management and project leadership.
