Sachiko Uno-Keefe

Sachiko Uno-Keefe has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Starting in 1998 as an Associate at Maesawa Tax, Accounting & Consulting Firm, they then worked as an HRLP at Merrill Lynch Japan Securities in 2003, followed by a role as an HRLP Associate at GE Capital Leasing in 2004. In 2005, they became a Technical Recruiter at ICPA before transitioning to a Compensation Analyst role at Sony Computer Entertainment America and a Sr. Global Compensation Consultant role at NVIDIA in 2008. From 2011 to 2017, they held various positions at Marvell Semiconductor, including Global Compensation Manager, Sr. Manager of Global Compensation & Analytics, and Head of Global Compensation and Analytics. Currently, they are the VP of Total Rewards at Sanmina since 2023, after having served as the Head of Global Compensation from 2018 to 2022.

Sachiko Uno-Keefe obtained a Master's Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University ILR School from 2003 to 2005. Sachiko also completed a SiM- Semester in Manufacturing at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management during the academic year 2004-2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Policy Management at SFC from Keio University.
