Vandana Minotra

Vandana Minotra is an experienced professional with a diverse background in research, human capital management, and talent development. Currently serving as a Senior Researcher at Sannam S4's Seamless division since May 2021 and also managing HR operations, Vandana oversees the performance management system for the APAC region and supports digitization initiatives. Additionally, Vandana holds a Senior Researcher position at Seamless Global, focusing on commercial and non-profit sectors. Previous roles include entrepreneurial experience with Piece of Heaven, management at Mentora, and consultancy in talent and career management at Right Management. Vandana has also contributed to executive search consulting at Corner Office Advisors and research at CEB (now Gartner), following a strong educational foundation with a B.Com (Honors) from Shri Ram College of Commerce and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
