John Pendergast

John joined Sanne in 2001. John is a Director within Sanne's Capital Markets division based in Jersey and provides director services to capital markets vehicles and special purpose corporate vehicles. John oversees the provision of financial reporting, accounting, administration and company secretarial services to these clients as well as debt funds/structures.

After qualification as a Chartered Accountant, John spent five years at a leading global bank, accounting for institutional funds, specialising in accounting for derivative financial instruments. John then spent five years at a Swiss private bank, accounting for treasury operations, structured products and funds, before joining Sanne in 2001. John has experience within Jersey’s financial services industry, in particular, John has extensive experience of entities with debt or equity securities listed on recognised stock exchanges (both EU Regulated and non-EU Regulated stock exchanges).
