Wendy Cooper

Wendy joined Sanne in 2018. As Internal Audit Director, Wendy leads the internal audit function at Sanne, including delivering the internal audit plan approved by the Audit Committee of the PLC, managing the team of internal audit staff and running the internal audit co-source with PwC.

Prior to joining Sanne, Wendy gained valuable industry experience during her time at RSM, where she led a team of internal auditors, providing outsource and co-source services to financial services firms across London and the South of England. Wendy was also Head of Internal Audit at IG Group, a FTSE 250 financial derivatives trading company with 15 locations around the world (from 2006 to 2015).
