Marta Amaral

Marta Amaral currently holds the position of Senior Principal Scientist & Project Lead Antibodies/Nanobodies Engineering at Sanofi. Prior to this, Marta worked as a Research Scientist at Merck Group. Marta completed their PhD in Biomedical Sciences - Neuroscience at the University of Manchester, where Marta focused on molecular and cellular interactions. Marta also completed a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico. During their master's project at INESC-MN, Marta developed a microfluidic device for single cell analysis.
