Tim Boit

Tim Boit is a Senior Scientist in Process Chemistry at Sanofi, where their work focuses on developing robust and eco-friendly manufacturing processes for small molecule medicines. They earned a PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from UCLA, conducting research on nickel-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura cross-couplings under Professor Neil Garg. Previously, Tim held a postdoctoral position at Harvard University in the Betley laboratory, synthesizing and characterizing copper-oxo and peroxo complexes. Their early experience includes research internships at ImmunoGen and undergraduate research at Bowdoin College, where they earned a BA in Chemistry and Physics.
