Henri Lanfry

Henri Lanfry is the Vice President of Manufacturing & Supply at Sanofi Vaccines, leading a significant industrial site with over 2,500 employees and a €500 million activity scope that encompasses seeds, bulk production, formulation, filling, packaging, and distribution of vaccines in more than 150 countries. Prior roles at Sanofi include Head of Production Department and Head of Production Unit for Tetanus bulk, with responsibilities ranging from managing large teams to overseeing substantial CAPEX projects. Before joining Sanofi, Lanfry was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group, where a diverse portfolio of over 15 projects addressed strategy, operational efficiency, and organizational change across various sectors globally. Lanfry holds a degree from Mines Paris - PSL and has completed internships in strategy, M&A, and construction planning.
