Ibrahim Bozagac

Ibrahim Bozagac is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, lean manufacturing, and digital transformation across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence for the Insulin Cluster at Sanofi, Ibrahim leads initiatives across a vast network of industrial sites internationally. Previous roles include leadership positions at Sanofi focusing on manufacturing excellence in the Eurasia and Middle East regions, as well as significant contributions at Unilever and FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where Ibrahim earned numerous awards for World Class Manufacturing efforts. Holding a Master's degree in Lean Manufacturing and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Ibrahim is also recognized as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has a strong background in coaching and training in operational excellence methodologies.
