Thomas Séjourné

Thomas Séjourné is an experienced professional in the field of real-world evidence (RWE) and analytics, currently serving as the Manager of the Local Real World Data Hub at Sanofi since January 2021. In this role, Thomas builds internal RWE structures, coordinates teams, and develops a culture centered on local data while managing regulatory audits and stakeholder relationships. Prior to Sanofi, Thomas worked at IQVIA in various analytics roles, including Analytics Strategy Manager, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams and providing data-driven recommendations. Thomas's background also includes project management at AIXIAL, operational support at UNFCCC, and roles in clinical intelligence at ICON plc and PAREXEL. Thomas holds a Master's degree in European Business Administration from NEOMA Business School and a Bachelor's degree from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
