Matylda Rohleder is a Senior UX Designer currently with Sanoma Learning, having previously held the same title at Netguru where responsibilities included designing digital products, conducting user research, and leading accessibility initiatives. Matylda's extensive experience spans various industries, including fintech and social media, and includes roles as UX Designer at Roche and Effectively, as well as foundational positions in recruitment management within the gaming industry at Techland and Grafton Recruitment. Matylda holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Wroclaw and has furthered expertise in UX design through multiple educational programs, including the Interaction Design Foundation. Additionally, Matylda actively mentors women in IT through the Dare IT organization, fostering inclusive digital environments and professional growth.
