Maxim Nikouline

Maxim Nikouline has extensive experience in information management and technical support, currently serving as MIS and network support at SANS since August 2007, where responsibilities include configuration of Active Directory, development of Group Policies, and maintenance of VPN and file servers. Concurrently, Maxim has been involved in various roles at SANS Consulting Services since 2007, with a focus on diverse MIS tasks. Prior roles include MIS tech support at Vonage Holdings from February 2006 to May 2007, providing support for internal users, and desktop support at BGPS Security from January 2002 to January 2006, handling software and hardware issues across Windows and Mac platforms. Educational credentials include a BBA in computer science from Baruch College and a degree in civil engineering from Moscow State Mining University.
