Beau Long has a diverse professional background with experience in both healthcare and management. Starting as a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens from June 2006 to February 2011, Beau managed prescription processing and customer service. Moving into management, Beau held various roles at Medical Reimbursements of America, Inc. from June 2005 to December 2015, including Administrative Services Manager and Client Services Manager, where responsibilities included leading teams and optimizing departmental productivity. Beau transitioned to RSource Healthcare Receivables Management as Implementations Manager and Senior Claims Representative from February to December 2016, focusing on client onboarding and process integration. Currently serving as Warehouse Manager and Manager of Courseware Distribution at SANS Institute since December 2016, Beau continues to demonstrate strong leadership and operational management skills.
