Craig Dickinson serves as the Client Success Services Director for EMEA & APAC at SANS Institute since November 2016, leading a team focused on enhancing operational efficiency and client engagement through strategic process improvements. With a background in managing customer success teams and working with tier 1 accounts on security awareness and phishing advisory services, Craig has held several positions at SANS, including Head of Client Success for the EMEA Region and Senior Client Success Manager. Prior to SANS, Craig worked at Microsoft in various roles, including Customer Success Manager, where expertise was demonstrated in aligning Microsoft-based solutions with business objectives and ensuring compliance and service delivery. Craig holds a BSc first-class honours degree in Computer Science, specializing in Network Management & Security from the University of Glamorgan.
