Eric Hoy

Eric Hoy currently serves as the Content Operations Project Manager for Courseware Development and Operations at SANS Institute, a position held since January 2017. In this role, Eric coordinates the efforts of content creators and various internal teams, manages the lifecycle of new content projects, and oversees updates for 65 training courses in the SANS portfolio. Prior to SANS Institute, Eric held a Project/Site Manager position at Quad/Graphics from July 2005 to December 2016, where responsibilities included managing print production teams and coordinating all aspects of print production projects. Earlier experience includes roles at American Color Graphics, Inc., where Eric served as Managed Service Site Manager and Lead Customer Service Representative. Eric holds a BA in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Sociology from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
