Susan Northern

Susan Prohaska is a seasoned professional in higher education counseling, currently serving as a Senior Student Advisor at SANS Technology Institute since January 2020. Prior to this role, Susan worked as a Professional Academic Advisor at East Tennessee State University from October 2015 to January 2020 and served as an Adult Learner Transition Counselor at Northeast State Community College between July 2013 and October 2015. Susan Prohaska holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education Counseling and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in English Language and Literature and Psychology, all obtained from East Tennessee State University.
