Brandon Wappelhorst

Brandon joined Sansone Group in 2008 as part of the office brokerage division, shortly after graduating from the University of Missouri. Throughout his career, he has focused primarily on the office market, specializing in tenant representation, investment sales, and landlord representation, serving both local and national clients alike. In 2014, Brandon earned his CCIM designation, joining an elite group of real estate professionals.

Brandon strives to serve his clients beyond simply finding space and negotiating a transaction, but rather as a long-term partner utilizing market knowledge, comprehensive financial analysis and strategic planning to achieve his client’s goals. Over the last nine years, Brandon has completed more than 4 million square feet of office sale and lease transactions. His personal transaction volume in 2017 exceeded $60 million.
