Summer Ellis

Summer Ellis, GBA, is a seasoned professional in employee benefits management with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Benefits Manager at the Santa Barbara County Education Office since July 2019, Summer also contributes as a Board Member and Secretary for the Santa Barbara Association of Health Underwriters. Prior to these roles, Summer held positions as Account Executive for Employee Benefits at HUB International, Senior Account Executive at Riviera Insurance Services, and Account Manager at BB&H Benefit Designs. Earlier career experience includes management at Avia Spa and a supervisory role at the Cal State Bakersfield Children's Center. Summer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development from California State University and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Bakersfield City College.
