Elizabeth Thasiah currently serves as Vice President of Programs at the Santa Barbara Foundation, facilitating collaborative efforts for sustainable community improvements. Previously, Elizabeth held the position of Lead Program Officer at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, managing a $20 million annual grant portfolio with a focus on mental health and youth in foster care. Elizabeth has also contributed to the County of Ventura in roles such as Quality Improvement Manager and Children and Family Services Program Manager II, overseeing critical mental health services and foster care programs. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Director of Secure Beginnings and Community Partners with Youth, along with strategic roles at Abundant Table and First 5 Ventura County. Elizabeth's educational background encompasses advanced credentials from Harvard Kennedy School, a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor’s degree from Denison University, demonstrating a strong commitment to leadership in social justice and community development.
