Mdr Teresa Chapman

Teresa Chapman, MDR, PHR is currently the Chief People Officer at Santa Clara Family Health Plan. Teresa drives organizational transformation through visionary and inspirational leadership, fostering employee empowerment, cultivating a growth mindset, nurturing employee well-being, and promoting a culture of belonging. Prior to their current role, Teresa held various HR leadership positions at companies such as Kaiser Permanente and SJB Child Development Centers. Teresa is also a member of WBL (Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry Foundation) and Chief San Francisco, where Teresa works to empower women leaders in business. With a Master's in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor's in Applied Economics from the University of San Francisco, Teresa brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their roles.
