Neal Jarecki

Neal Jarecki is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Santa Clara Family Health Plan since June 2016, Neal is instrumental in achieving strategic and financial objectives for a not-for-profit health plan with over 300,000 members and annual revenues exceeding $1 billion. Prior to this role, Neal held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Alameda Alliance for Health, where involvement in transitioning the organization from state conservatorship to local control enhanced its financial health. Earlier career experiences include roles at BASE Consulting Group and Bayer Corporation, among others. Neal Jarecki holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
