Ingrid Bella

Ingrid Bella has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Ingrid began their career as an HR Manager at Larscom, Inc. in 1993 and continued in that role until 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they served as an HR Manager at CacheVision, Inc. In 2003, they briefly worked as an Acting HR Manager at California Water Service Company.

In 2004, Ingrid joined Valley Water as a Senior Management Analyst, providing support to executive leadership. Ingrid held this position for 14 years before transitioning to a temporary promotion as a Supervising Program Administrator in 2018. In the same year, they became a General Services Manager, overseeing various operations within the company. Recently, they have been managing the recruitment and talent development team as the Employment Services Manager.

Aside from Valley Water, Ingrid also had a role as the Chair of Baywork from 2015 to 2018.
