John Burkhartsmeyer

John Burkhartsmeyer is an experienced veterinarian and owner with a distinguished career spanning several decades. Currently, John serves as a member of the Veterinary Management Group since 2009 and has been the DVM owner of the Santa Clarita Animal Hospital since January 2004. Previous roles include veterinarian positions at NPC from 1998 to 2001, and at Valencia Veterinary Hospital, Animal Clinic of Santa Clarita, and Animal Center, where John also held ownership from 1990 to 1995, 1986 to 1990, and 1977 to 1986, respectively. John began their career as a veterinarian at Christensen Pet Clinic from 1976 to 1977. Educationally, John holds a BS and DVM in veterinary medicine from Colorado State University, completed in 1976, and graduated from Chinook High School in 1968, following studies at Gildford School from 1956 to 1964.
