Wayne Doiguchi

Wayne Doiguchi is an accomplished banking professional with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as Director at California Bank of Commerce since January 2016, Wayne has previously held prominent roles including Chairman and CEO of Pan Pacific Bank from July 2005 to December 2015, and Founder and CEO of Strataventure LLC from January 1995 to December 2005, which focused on connecting Bay Area startups with Japanese partnerships. Earlier in career, Wayne was Head of Loan Administration at Union Bank from January 1972 to December 1990, overseeing all loan functions and participating in various loan committees. Wayne holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Santa Clara University and is an alumnus of the University of Washington Pacific Coast Banking School.
