Anne Kain is the current Director at the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce. Anne has also been the Vice President Finance at Del Norte Credit Union from October 2019 to April 2020. Prior to that, they were the VP Business Services & Development, Enterprise Risk & Performance Excellence Manager at Del Norte Credit Union from August 2016 to April 2020. Anne has been instrumental in implementing an enterprise risk management (ERM) system and quality management strategies for credit union. Anne has also facilitated the COSO framework, risk assessment and risk appetite including the development and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Anne has also been responsible for establishing the ERM committee. In addition, they have reviewed and updated organizational policies for consistency and risk impact. Furthermore, Anne has developed a mortgage lending program and business services (including treasury and lending program for commercial business).
Anne Kain has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Technology Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, General from The University of New Mexico - Robert O. Anderson School of Management. Anne also has a certification from the Credit Union National Association in CUERME - Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert and a certification from the New Mexico Board of Accountancy in CPA.
