Sham Pathak

Sham Pathak is the HR Head at Santa Fe Relocation since March 2017. Prior to this role, they served as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Schneider Electric from July 2016 to February 2017. With a background in HR management at Honeywell from July 2001 to July 2016, Sham has extensive experience in implementing talent and human resources strategies, overseeing hiring processes, ensuring legal compliance, and enhancing employee morale. Sham holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management, along with a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws degree.
