Caitlin Volz is the current Special Events Manager at THE SANTA FE OPERA. Caitlin has previous experience working in production and business operations for Theater Emory, Southern Utah University, and Yale School of Drama. Caitlin has a passion for the arts and has facilitated the creative and administrative processes of 13 Yale School of Drama productions as a producer, including 6 new plays, 2 musicals, 3 Shakespeare productions, 1 devised piece, and 1 play with music. Caitlin also has experience negotiating and organizing non-traditional licensing agreements including adaptations & new music development. During their time at Yale School of Drama, Caitlin was also a member of the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Working Group.

Caitlin Volz has a Master of Fine Arts in Theater Management from Yale School of Drama, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Humboldt State University, and is certified in Mental Health First Aid- Youth and Heartsave First Aid CPR & AED from the National Council for Behavioral Health and the American Heart Association respectively.
