Courtney Crocker

Behavior Specialist at Santa Maria-Bonita School District

Courtney Crocker, M.Ed., BCBA, currently serves as a Behavior Specialist at Santa Maria Bonita School District since January 2023 and as an Adjunct Faculty member at National University since September 2022. Previously, Courtney held various roles including Clinical Program Director at PALS, Inc., Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Ventura County Office of Education, and BCBA Behavior Supervisor at Behavior Frontiers. Courtney's extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis includes positions at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC and Autism Learning Partners, among others. Currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University, Courtney also holds a BCBA certification from National University and a Master's degree in Reading Teacher Education from California State University, Fullerton, along with a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Sonoma State University.
