Fermin Arias

Fermin Arias is an accomplished culinary and hospitality professional with extensive experience in management and executive roles across various esteemed establishments. Currently serving as an Account Executive at Santa Monica Seafood since March 2023, Fermin previously held positions including General Manager at sweetgreen, Executive Chef at The Waterfront Beach Resort, and Culinary Manager at Porto's Bakery & Cafe. Fermin also spent a decade at Tender Greens, notably as Regional Executive Chef, contributing to the brand's recognition in Forbes and Inc. Fermin's earlier roles include Executive Chef positions at Canary Hotel and Shutters on the Beach, as well as Executive Sous Chef at Campton Place Hotel. Fermin holds an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from North Shore College, completed in 1989.
