Kevin McCarthy has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as an Account Executive at Santa Monica Seafood since July 2018. In addition, Kevin has been the Chef De Cuisine at Park Hyatt since February 2009, where responsibilities include training new cooks and mentoring culinary staff to uphold fine dining standards. Previous roles include Lead Cook at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Loews Hotels, as well as Sous Chef at Plate Restaurant and Bar. Kevin obtained an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College between 2001 and 2003.
