Mark Kimball

Mark Kimball, SPHR, GPHR has extensive experience in human resources, working in various leadership positions in different companies. Mark started their career in 1981 as Director of Human Resources at Allergan and later worked as a Zone Manager of Human Resources at Taco Bell from 1987 to 1990. Kimball then joined Mattel, Inc. as a Vice President of Human Resources, where they remained from 1991 to 1998 and again from 2003 to 2008. In between, they served as the SVP of HR at Earth Tech, Inc. from 1998 to 2003. Mark then worked at US Morris LLC as an SVP/Principal from 2009 to 2011 and later as the Vice President of Human Resources at Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. from 2011 to 2013. Currently, Kimball holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Santa Monica Seafood, a role they have been in since 2014. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in leadership development, strategic HR projects, talent management, and integrating HR goals with broader organizational priorities.

Mark Kimball, SPHR, GPHR has a degree in Organizational Psychology from The Ohio State University. Mark also attended California State University, Long Beach, but no specific degree or field of study was provided.
