Richard Neligan

Richard Neligan has held various management roles throughout their career. Richard started working as a Management Trainee/Export Packing Supervisor at RS Components in 1995 and later became a Shift Manager at Oxford University Press in 1999. In 2002, they joined PepsiCo as a Production Line Manager and held that position until 2006, when they transitioned to United Biscuits as a Night Shift Manager. From 2007 to 2010, Richard worked as a Process Excellence Consultant at the Sea Fish Industry Authority. Richard then joined StarKist Samoa Co. as an Operations Manager from 2010 to 2013. Richard's most recent role was at Santa Monica Seafood, where they started as a Director of Production in 2013 and was later promoted to Senior Vice President of Production.

Richard Neligan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Studies and French from the University of Bradford, attending from 1991 to 1995. Richard also has additional certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the AALSSC (obtained in 2021) and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Smallpeice Enterprises (obtained in 2008).
