Mar Sacramento has a wealth of experience in HR, working in various roles at companies such as International SOS, Amadeus IT Group, and Red Eléctrica de España. Currently, at santalucía seguros, Mar serves as the Corporate Head of HR Technology and People Analytics, responsible for defining and leading the roadmap of HR Technology to support the HR strategy for the insurance company and its affiliated companies. Mar also holds degrees in HR Analytics, Digital Transformation for HR, Coaching, and a Master's in Human Resources from various prestigious institutions.
