Neptal Khoza

Neptal Khoza has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Neptal started their career at Nedbank as a Business Development Consultant in 2007. Neptal then moved to Capitec Bank, where they held various roles such as Sales Manager, New Business Manager, and eventually became the Head of Corporate Social Investment. In 2022, Neptal joined Santam Insurance as the Head of Market Development. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in sales management, business development, and market strategies.

Neptal Khoza holds a National Diploma in Human Resources Management from Vaal University of Technology, which was completed between 2001 and 2003. Following this, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Milpark Business School in the years 2012 to 2014. Most recently, Neptal completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Practices at the Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town in 2019, with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics.
