Aleksandra Michalik serves as the Global Head of Product Governance and Regulatory Projects at Santander Asset Management since June 2023, overseeing product approval processes, analyzing product proposals, and leading the product lifecycle management while ensuring regulatory compliance. Prior experience includes roles in Technology Strategy & Transformation at Deloitte, where responsibilities encompassed enterprise transformations and internal practice development, as well as significant positions at Santander TFI managing projects, product governance, and regulatory requirements. Earlier career experiences involved project management at RR Donnelley and Citi, where Aleksandra specialized in high-net-worth relationship management. Aleksandra holds a Master's degree from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
