Krystian Łygas

Krystian Łygas is an experienced Python Developer currently working at Santander Bank Polska since October 2022, where responsibilities include backend development through Scalo Sp z. o. Prior experience includes developing and maintaining a fork of the open-source project Open edX and building RESTful APIs at the National Information Processing Institute from October 2019 to September 2022. Additionally, Krystian contributed to various engineering projects at Lublin University of Technology, including designing PCB for IoT applications, controlling PMSM motors, and configuring ROS for automated guided vehicle systems from October 2015 to October 2019. Previous employment also includes work as a Control System Designer at Accrea Engineering, focusing on robotic arm algorithms. Krystian holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lublin University of Technology and is currently pursuing a PhD in the Construction and Operation of Machinery.
