Ben Browning

Ben Browning has significant experience in the finance and underwriting sectors, primarily within multifamily and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) arenas. Currently serving as Head of Multifamily Underwriting and Portfolio Management, as well as Head of Multifamily Originations at Santander Bank, N.A. since 2014, Ben has previously held various positions in the same organization, including Manager of Multifamily Underwriting and Underwriter. Prior roles include Senior CMBS Underwriter at Five Mile Capital, and positions at KeyBank, Eurohypo AG, UBS, and Morgan Stanley, all focusing on CMBS underwriting. Ben holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Southern Methodist University.
