Christina Delay

Christina (Sorbera) DeLay is an accomplished legal and banking professional with significant experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Small Business Banking at Santander Bank, N.A. since February 2020, Christina has held various leadership roles including Senior Director of Small Business Banking Product and SVP Deputy General Counsel. Prior to this, Christina worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel from August 2016 to February 2020, and started her career as an Associate at Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, LLP from February 2008 to August 2016. Christina earned a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Loyola University Maryland.
