Vikas Gupta

Vikas Gupta is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in asset liability management and balance sheet management. Currently serving as Treasurer and Executive Vice President at Santander Bank, N.A. since January 2017, Vikas has a strong background in managing interest rate risk and developing derivative strategies to enhance net interest income and margin. Prior roles include Managing Director and Head of ALM at Union Bank, where responsibilities included capital allocation and quantitative research, and Senior Vice President at PNC Bank, focusing on asset liability management. Vikas began his career as SVP ALM Manager at National City Bank. Academically, Vikas holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering from Vanderbilt University, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
