Christian Guevara

Christian Guevara is an experienced compliance and program management professional with a strong background in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Vice President, Compliance at Santander Consumer USA since November 2019, Christian manages end-to-end program management activities and oversees high-complexity projects involving multiple systems and cross-business procedures. Prior roles include Vice President and Site Leader at Seacoast Bank, where oversight of a high-volume call center and the development of quality assurance strategies were key responsibilities. Christian also held various leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., responsible for service strategy across multiple lines of business and driving operational efficiency. Earlier career experiences include supervisory roles at GMAC/Residential Capital Corporation, Ocwen Financial Corporation, Wells Fargo, and Alliance Data.
