Darby Klontz currently serves as Vice President of Internal Audit for Corporate Controllers and Tax at Goldman Sachs, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this, Darby held multiple leadership roles at Santander Consumer USA, including Senior Vice President and Head of Internal Controls, where responsibilities encompassed leading the SOX function and overseeing second-line defense testing. Darby’s experience also includes positions at Think Finance, Cash America, Greystone Communities, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and EY, focusing on accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls across various sectors. Darby holds a Master's Degree in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
