James Spires, MBA, PMP, CSM, currently serves as Vice President of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) at Santander Consumer USA, leading a team of Senior Project Managers in executing critical enterprise-wide initiatives. With prior experience as a Senior Enterprise Program Manager at Santander, Spires managed high-priority technical and business projects focusing on operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Previous roles include Project Manager/Program Manager at Cottonwood Financial overseeing project management across retail lending stores, Manager of Advanced Products at Cardtronics, National Category Manager at 7-Eleven responsible for ATM services, Regional Manager at HSBC managing tax services, and Director of Products and Services at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service.
