Matthew Eapen

Matthew Eapen is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in directing engineering and technology teams across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Technology Services at Santander Consumer USA since March 2022, Matthew previously held the position of Vice President at Common Securitization Solutions from August 2015 to October 2021, overseeing a large team and implementing the Scaled Agile Framework to enhance product development. Prior to that role, Matthew was the Senior Director responsible for technology division plans and production launch strategies. At Fannie Mae, from July 2007 to August 2015, Matthew was the Director of Strategic Initiatives, playing a key role in the successful transformation of critical applications within the FUSE Initiative. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
