Mitchel West has over 13 years of experience in compliance and quality control, currently serving as Manager of Compliance Testing at Santander Consumer USA since September 2010. In this role, Mitchel leads a team of compliance testing examiners, ensuring effective identification and remediation of compliance-related issues across various business units. Responsibilities include reviewing examiner work, developing corrective action plans, providing training, and managing the implementation of compliance policies. Previously held positions include Compliance Advisor, Testing, Manager of Quality Control, Quality Control Analyst, and Bankruptcy Analyst, across Santander Consumer and Citi, with a focus on regulatory compliance processes and audits. Mitchel holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration Management from Tarrant County College.
