Piotr Watała

Piotr Watała is an experienced finance and HR professional with over 15 years in various leadership roles, currently serving as the Head of Finance and HR at Santander Global Tech since January 2016. Responsibilities include strategic planning and management of P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow, as well as monthly results reporting and executive support in decision-making processes. Previously held positions include Finance Director and Financial Controller at Santander Group Produban Servicios Informaticos Generales S.L. and KOMSA Polska sp. z o.o., with expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, capital asset management, and internal and external audit collaboration. Piotr holds multiple MBA degrees from Oxford Brookes University and The Polish Open University, alongside a Master’s degree in Economy from the University of Wroclaw.
