Claire Gardiner has extensive experience in customer engagement and marketing, currently serving as the Customer Engagement Squad Lead for Business Banking at Santander UK since October 2003. Over the years, Claire has progressed through various roles at Santander, including Propositions Manager for Digital Adoption and Usage, as well as Senior Marketing Manager for Select and Private Banking. Prior to joining Santander, Claire worked as the National Promotions Manager at Carlsberg Group and held the position of Education Business Partnership at Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce, Training and Enterprise.
