Laura McLean

Laura McLean is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Strategic Talent Manager at Santander UK since September 2013, where the focus is on coaching and developing senior leadership teams to enhance shareholder value. McLean also actively contributes to LGBTQIA+ inclusion as the External Communications Lead for the Embrace Network and supports colleague learning experiences as a Learning Coach. Additional roles include Project Lead for Retail CIO, Product Owner/Project Manager, and Board Trustee at MK Community Foundation.
