Paul Shotton

Paul Shotton currently serves as the Head of Journey Transformation and the Head of Customer Experience Strategy at Santander UK since August 2023. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Commercial Lead for Savings & Investments at John Lewis (Financial Services) from September 2022 to August 2023. Paul's extensive experience also includes serving as the Head of Product Propositions at Cater Allen Private Bank from November 2019 to August 2023, and as a Senior Product Manager for Credit Cards and later Savings at Santander UK and Banco Santander, respectively, from January 2016 to January 2016. Paul's career began with a Graduate Scheme and various roles, including Branch Manager and Marketing Manager (Product) at Banco Santander. Paul completed a degree in Spanish and Marketing at Northumbria University from 2003 to 2008.
