Rebecca Gale

Rebecca Gale is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational risk management, currently serving as Vice President of Change and New Product Risk at Santander UK since May 2018. In this role, Rebecca supports the Senior Vice President of Operational Risk in developing and implementing operational risk frameworks for new products and material changes. Prior roles include Director of Risk & Control at Mastercard, Head of Technology Risk at Lloyds Banking Group, and Operational Risk Analyst at MetLife Alico. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Post-modern Literature and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Newcastle University, along with A-Levels from Parkstone Grammar School.
